Privacy policy

To verify your identity and lock your title, we collect:

• Account data — email and password.
• Identity data — your verified legal name from ID.me.
• Property data — public county records you've claimed.
• Documents — files you choose to upload, stored privately.
• Activity — security events on your account, kept as an audit trail.

We use your data only to operate Millhouse: matching you to county records, locking and unlocking titles you own, and preserving an audit trail. We do not sell your personal information.

Only you. Every database table and storage bucket is protected by row-level security tied to your account. Our team can only access support data when you explicitly ask.

You can remove individual properties and documents at any time. Closing your account deletes your profile, properties, documents, and activity log. Anonymized aggregates may be retained for fraud detection.

You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account. Email privacy@millhouse.app.
