Terms of service

By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Millhouse.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You must complete ID.me verification before claiming property.

Millhouse is a private layer of consent on top of public county records. We do not record deeds, transfer title, or replace your county recorder. Setting a property to "transfer eligible" only signals your consent within Millhouse; it does not authorize any external transaction.

Keep your password and ID.me account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, including unlocking titles for transfer.

Don't claim properties you don't legally own, upload content you don't have rights to, or attempt to access another user's data.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Millhouse disclaims all implied warranties.
